A brief background!

Ok, so it started back in 2012, My family and I were homeless and we ended up staying in a building for a year that was actually haunted (honestly true story), but through the dark time in my life, I found the joy of colors and creating and it got me through one of the many rough times that my family and I faced. All it took was a pack of color pencils and some sticky notes. Then it turned into full sheets of paper filled with characters and patterns. Hence the examples below:

Humble Beginnings!



Then I advanced to characters and Patterns:



I spent many hours creating and recreating patterns and colors that I already used. How can I take something I already did and make something different out of it. I ended up taking the colors that I already used to create the pictures above and it turned into what you see below:




As you can see from the examples, one picture inspired another, which inspired another, which inspired these patterns that you see before you. Throughout all these years of creating and perfecting my skills, my family and I went through a lot of personal and financial losses, a slew of heartbreak, and the story goes on and on...but rather than sit and wallow in pity, I found something that gave me a positive outlook. Not only that, but it inspired my girls to encourage me to keep creating, and they started to create things on their own. They were excited to show me new things they would make and that inspired me to push further.

Color Collaborations: My daughter and niece created these pictures and I took what they created and made patterns out of it.



Based on their enthusiasm, I began posting pictures online through social media outlets, Instagram, Twitter, FB, and Pinterest. I got an amazing influx of positive responses and that motivated me to take my hobby to another level. With the help of my girls, we decided to start a business that will take us to positive levels of success. General Questions

Can I call you? Currently, the best way to reach us is through email and our contact form.

I am not from the USA can I still order? Yes, we ship worldwide. This does not mean you cannot order if you are not from the USA. The credit card companies/PayPal will simply use your own currency on check out.
I see your prices and I think it's a bit high, why? We give you nothing but quality. Nothing but the best. Hours of love and care went into the designs that you see. We work super hard to provide you with original designs, and colorful patterns. Years of hard work is priceless, but can you put a price on originality? Not only that, our leggings, dresses, beddings, and t-shirts are the best quality and made in the U.S. Everything you see is cut and sewn by hand and printed on demand. You are getting a fresh new design on a clean slate. Your item is made by the best, which means better quality products that are long-lasting, now that's worth it.

I want to be part of your affiliate program, do you have one? Currently, we are working on our affiliate program. Sign up to be notified if you want to be part of this venture.

Can I use multiple discounts in one order? Sorry, but you can only use one discount code per order.


Shipping

Do you ship worldwide? Of course, we do, if you live outside the U.S. that doesn't matter, we can still ship to you.

How long does it take to ship my items? Everything is print on demand, cut and hand sewn. The process can take anywhere between 2-7 business days to create the item, then add shipping times on top of that. We do our best to get your order done and delivered in a timely manner.

However, shipping times varies depending on where you live or where you want the item delivered to. Below are some estimates to give you a good idea on the shipping timelines:


USA 3-5 business days via USPS

USA 3-8 business days via FEDEX Smartpost
Canada 5-10 business days
Worldwide 10-20 business days

Do you offer expedited shipping? We will be adding expedited shipping soon.


I didn't receive all my items, what happened? Some of our items, such as our bedding is made at a different factory than our leggings and t-shirts and dresses. So if you order leggings or t-shirts and then bedding, you will receive 2 packages.

What is your shipping costs? Shipping is free in the U.S., International shipping orders are 10.00.

How can I track my item? Once your item is shipped, you will receive tracking information, via email to keep track of your items.

I was charged extra by customs, what do I do? Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for import. We sincerely apologize if you experience this, but there is nothing that we can do about it.


Our Products

What are your leggings and dresses made of? Leggings are made of 82% polyester, 18% spandex. Overlock and coverstitch. Printed, cut, and hand-sewn by our in-house team. Four-way stretch, which means fabric stretches and recovers both on the cross and lengthwise grains. Elastic waistband. Made of a microfiber yarn, which is smooth and comfortable.

What sizes do you offer?
Our sizes run from XS to XL. (We will also be carrying our "pleasantly plus" sizes coming soon). Our product pages include a size chart. Please make sure your review the chart carefully before ordering your product.



Ordering process:

I ordered the wrong size, is too late to change it? If you order the wrong size, you will have to let us know as soon as possible, by contacting us at vividcolorzart@gmail.com or click here to fill our contact form. Note: You will need to contact us before your order goes in printing status. Once it's at printing status it will be too late to change the order.

The address is wrong, is it too late to change it? We will be able to change your address as long your item(s) has not shipped. If your item has already been shipped you will be able to keep track using the tracking number that you will receive from us. At that point, you will need to contact the carrier delivering your item to see if there are any options available. Contact us at vividcolorzart@gmail.com or click here to fill out our contact form to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order if I changed my mind? You can cancel your order as long as it's not in printing status, at that point we will not be able to cancel your order. When submitting a request to cancel, please be sure to include your order number when contacting us. It's very important to make sure you include accurate information so that we can take care of your issues as effortlessly as possible. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you need a refund for any reason, please make sure you read our criteria for returns and refund for a better understanding of our process, then contact us at vividcolorzart@gmail.com or click here to fill out our contact form if you need further information. Here is what we consider valid reasons for canceling an order.

I want to return or exchange my order because:

I ordered the wrong size. That's not a problem, just make sure you include what size you would like to replace it with and we will send you the correct one. When you send back your item it is very important that you make sure:
The item(s) in question must be unworn and unwashed.
The item(s) in question has to be in its original state.
You have 30 days to return the item after you received them.

I got the wrong item. If you received the wrong item, first please accept our apologies in advance. We take careful steps to make sure every item is just as you ordered. In reality, things happen, but it is up to us (both ourselves and the customer) to communicate and work together to clear up any issues that may arise. Please once again make that your item(s) in question are unworn and unwashed, in its original state and also you return within 30 days.

My item was damaged on arrival. Oh no, that's not good to hear, but things like that do happen. No worries, we got you covered. If your item arrives damaged, no need to send up back the damaged product, just email us a bright, clear photo of the damaged item to vividcolorzart@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement free of charge.


WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF:

You want a refund/return because you changed your mind. We print on demand and we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
The item(s) have been worn or washed
The item(s) has been altered
The item(s) are in anyway defective form the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault.
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
The item(s) was a final sale item.
